In Santa Catarina, the need to supply the agribusiness sector sustained firm prices. São Francisco do Sul recorded R$ 162, while Palma Sola stood at R$ 139.50 and Rio do Sul at R$ 140. Producers reported more aggressive offers from local buyers due to the need to source grains.
In Paraná, the highlight was the start of fieldwork after the end of the sanitary break in important regions. With Paraná and Mato Grosso in operation, national planting reached 0.4%. Paranaguá reached R$ 164, Cascavel R$ 155.50, and Maringá R$ 154.50.
In Mato Grosso do Sul, liquidity was moderate, with prices ranging from R$ 145 in Dourados to R$ 155 in Chapadão do Sul. Meanwhile, in Mato Grosso, the start of planting was accompanied by attention to the risks associated with El Niño in 2026/27. Prices varied between R$ 138 in Sorriso and R$ 147 in Campo Verde, while producers monitored the effects of freight costs and water conditions on profitability.
