Brazilian egg exports (considering all products, both fresh and processed) totaled 2,076 tons in September, according to the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA). This figure exceeds by 39.7% the volume recorded in the same period last year, which was 1,485 tons.
Revenue from shipments this month reached US$5.5 million, a result 94.21% higher than the total recorded in September 2024, which was US$2.8 million.

With this month's performance, the sector has accumulated 34,348 tons exported between January and September, a number 174.1% higher than that recorded in the first nine months of 2024, with 12,542 thousand tons. In revenue, the accumulated total for the year reached US$$ 80.8 million, an increase of 201.7% compared to the same period of the previous year, with US$$ 26.7 million.
Japan, the main destination for the month, imported 692 tons in September, a 497.1% increase compared to the same period last year. Next are Chile, with 400 tons (-57.1%), the United Arab Emirates, with 279 tons (no shipments registered in September), Mexico, with 251 tons (no shipments registered), and the United States, with 100 tons (-41.1%).
