Copagril concludes expansion cycle in Mato Grosso do Sul with the opening of a unit in Jardim

The city of Jardim, Mato Grosso do Sul, hosted a landmark moment for the Copagril Agroindustrial Cooperative last Friday: the opening of a new agricultural store, which symbolizes the completion of the planned expansion cycle for the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. With this opening, Copagril now has active units in five more municipalities in Mato Grosso do Sul: Dourados, Maracaju, Sidrolândia, Rio Brilhante, and now Jardim.

The event brought together Copagril board members, local leaders, partners, and rural producers from the region, solidifying the cooperative's presence in one of the most promising regions for agribusiness in Brazil. The new facility boasts a modern structure, a well-trained technical team, and a full line of products and services for the agricultural sector.

For Copagril CEO Eloi Darci Podkowa, the delivery of the Jardim unit represents the completion of a strategic milestone of great importance in the cooperative's history. "It was a journey of intense planning, hard work, and, above all, trust. Each city we visited welcomed us with open arms, and we brought with us our commitment to our members, regional development, and excellence in service," he stated.

Vice President Cesar Luiz Petri emphasized that the expansion of Copagril's operations in the state represents another important strategic advancement. "Jardim represents a significant step in consolidating our presence in Mato Grosso do Sul. We believe in the strength of local agribusiness and want to be partners at every stage of production," said Petri.

Secretary-Director Ademir Luis Griep, meanwhile, expressed a sense of accomplishment upon seeing this expansion consolidate. "Each new Copagril unit brings with it not only products and services, but also the cooperative spirit that drives us. Jardim is no different: we came to contribute and build a history together," he emphasized.

Copagril CEO Daniel Engels Rodrigues also reinforced the cooperative's vision for continuity and the future: "We successfully completed Copagril's expansion project in 2025, but the journey doesn't end here. This was a very important milestone, and in the coming years, Copagril will continue to expand into other regions, always working alongside rural producers and the new opportunities that agriculture offers."

With over 50 years of experience, Copagril remains steadfast in its mission to generate value for its members, fostering growth through responsibility, innovation, and community commitment. Our current presence in ten municipalities in Mato Grosso do Sul reinforces the cooperative's leading role in strengthening rural production and fostering integration among the country's producing regions.
