Soybeans see limited recovery amid weak dollar.

The Brazilian market of soy There was limited recovery in some markets and further declines in others, with the exchange rate still restricting the positive effect of Chicago on domestic prices. According to TF Agroeconômica, the appreciation of the real, with the dollar at R$ 4.9771, kept domestic pricing under pressure and reduced the scope for broader price increases.

In Rio Grande do Sul, Passo Fundo rose to R$ 147.40, Santa Rosa to R$ 148.40, and Rio Grande to R$ 156.40. However, the improvement was limited to market indications, without a corresponding reaction in liquidity. Producers continue to hold back supply, while buyers avoid raising bids. Excessive rainfall also keeps planting as a priority and limits attention to the spot market.

In Santa Catarina, the recovery in Chicago was neutralized by the exchange rate, with a reference price of R$ 155.00 in Abelardo Luz. High humidity reduces trading windows in the field and reinforces a defensive stance in commercialization. In Paraná, Cascavel remained at R$ 143.00 and Paranaguá at R$ 154.00, showing stability after the previous drop and little convergence between buyers and sellers.

In Mato Grosso do Sul, Dourados fell to R$ 144.00 per sack, a drop of 0.69%, even with Chicago prices rising. In Mato Grosso, Campo Verde reached R$ 144.90, Lucas do Rio Verde R$ 139.00, Primavera do Leste R$ 144.30, Rondonópolis R$ 145.55, and Sorriso R$ 138.70. The progress of planting is drawing the attention of producers, and sales that are emerging tend to be linked to financial needs, with no sign of widespread stock liquidation. In the state, the industry is gaining weight with 21.6% of the national processing capacity.
