Domestic production is estimated at 5.7 million tons, but availability for mills depends on grain quality and volumes already committed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe national wheat market is facing a critical period, in which climate fluctuations are forcing a profound revision in supply planning,\u201d emphasizes the CEO of Abitrigo, Rubens Barbosa. \u201cThis need to seek additional volumes abroad has direct impacts on operations, leaving the sector exposed to exchange rate fluctuations, increased freight and insurance costs, and the uncertainties of the global scenario. No mill faces this scenario in isolation. Therefore, the Congress will be the ideal environment to discuss practical solutions, align strategies, and identify opportunities in this moment of transition.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_5_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p>These challenges will be debated at the 33rd International Wheat Industry Congress, promoted by Abitrigo between October 21st and 23rd in Rio de Janeiro. The meeting will bring together experts and representatives from the sector to analyze the prospects for supply, marketing, and management for the coming year.<\/p>\n<p>The program includes discussions on national and international markets, economics, geopolitics, consumption, regulation, and operational efficiency.
