This movement represents a strong recovery compared to the beginning of this year, when the indicator was operating below R$ 100 per sack.<\/p>\n<p>According to Imea, prices were pressured at the beginning of 2026 due to the high supply of soybeans in Mato Grosso, after two harvests with good production that resulted in greater availability of grain in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the third quarter, however, the scenario began to change. Increased demand from crushing industries contributed to expanding soybean absorption in the domestic market, while the availability of the 2025\/26 crop decreased. As a result, prices reacted and returned to the levels observed in 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The recovery in prices has also begun to influence sales. According to Imea, producers have intensified negotiations in recent months, both for the 2025\/26 crop and the 2026\/27 season.<\/p>\n<p>In the last week analyzed by the institute, between September 28 and October 2, the price of available soybeans in Mato Grosso remained close to this level, varying between R$ 140.15 and R$ 140.85 per sack.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Imea maintained its projections for the 2026\/27 harvest unchanged. Production remains estimated at 48.88 million tons, in an area of 13.05 million hectares, with an average productivity of 62.44 sacks per hectare.
