The presence of a low pressure area between northern Argentina, Paraguay and southern Bolivia, a trough over southern Brazil and, subsequently, the formation of an extratropical cyclone off the coast of Rio Grande do Sul, favor the maintenance of instabilities over much of the country.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_3_sidebar_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p>On Saturday, rainfall is expected to be heavier in southeastern Minas Gerais and western Rio de Janeiro, where there is a red warning for high rainfall accumulations, and in northwestern, northern, and eastern S\u00e3o Paulo, the Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro region, central and eastern Minas Gerais, and central and southern Esp\u00edrito Santo, areas under an orange warning for high rainfall accumulations. There is also an orange warning for storms in Rio Grande do Sul, western Santa Catarina, and western Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, the severity of the storms increases in Paran\u00e1, mainly in the western part of the state, where there is a red warning for extreme storm danger. The remaining areas of Paran\u00e1 and southern Mato Grosso do Sul remain under an orange warning for storm danger, while other areas of the country, distributed across the five regions and including the Federal District, are under a yellow warning for potential storm danger.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, unstable weather patterns will persist, primarily affecting the South and parts of the Southeast and Midwest. The weather will become more stable only in areas of northern Brazil and in inland sectors of the Northeast. Temperatures will be mild in the South, parts of the Southeast, and the Federal District, while heat will prevail in other areas, with temperatures between 35\u00b0C and 39\u00b0C in the interior of the Northeast and the North.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the forecast by region:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Northern Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday (3).<\/strong> In the west and south of the North region, rain with thunderstorms is expected in Amazonas. Isolated showers with thunderstorms are expected in central and southern Par\u00e1, southwestern Roraima, and Tocantins. Isolated showers are occurring in other areas of Roraima, Acre, Rond\u00f4nia, and northeastern Par\u00e1. A yellow warning for potential storm danger is in effect for Amazonas, Rond\u00f4nia, Tocantins, and southern and southwestern Par\u00e1. No rain is expected in northern Par\u00e1 and Amap\u00e1. Minimum temperature of 22\u00b0C in Rio Branco (AC) and maximum of 36\u00b0C in Boa Vista (RR), Bel\u00e9m (PA), Manaus (AM), and Porto Velho (RO).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday (4).<\/strong> Voters in the Northern region encountered unstable weather across much of the area. Showers with isolated thunderstorms occurred in central, western, and northwestern Amazonas and southwestern Tocantins. Cloudy skies with showers were expected in other areas of Amazonas, Acre, southwestern Roraima, northern and eastern Rond\u00f4nia, and other parts of Tocantins. A yellow warning for potential storm danger was in effect for Tocantins, central and southern Par\u00e1, Rond\u00f4nia, and central, southern, and southeastern Amazonas. There was also a possibility of isolated rain in northern and eastern Amap\u00e1 and along the coastal strip of Par\u00e1. On the other hand, election Sunday would be sunny with few clouds in much of Roraima, northern and eastern Par\u00e1, southwestern Rond\u00f4nia, and western and southern Amap\u00e1. Boa Vista (RR) will be the hottest capital in the region, with temperatures between 27\u00b0C and 37\u00b0C. In Porto Velho (RO), the minimum temperature will be 25 \u00b0C and the maximum 37 \u00b0C. In Rio Branco (AC), the temperature will vary between 23 \u00b0C and 33 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday (5)<\/strong>The week begins with increased cloud cover and unstable weather across much of the northern region. Rain is accompanied by thunderstorms in Amazonas, northern and eastern Rond\u00f4nia, southwestern Par\u00e1, central and western Roraima, and western Tocantins. No rain is expected only in central and western Acre. Isolated showers are expected in other areas. In Boa Vista (RR), the heat remains intense, with a minimum of 27\u00b0C and a maximum of 37\u00b0C. In Rio Branco (AC), the temperature will vary between 23\u00b0C and 34\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Northeast Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday (3).<\/strong> Unstable weather with rain in the interior of Northeast Brazil. Areas of instability forming in the interior of South America are affecting the western part of the Northeast region, with forecasts of showers and isolated thunderstorms in central and southern Maranh\u00e3o, central, southern and western Piau\u00ed, and northwestern, western and southwestern Bahia. These areas are under a yellow warning for potential storm danger. Isolated showers are expected in other areas of Maranh\u00e3o, northern Piau\u00ed, northwestern Cear\u00e1, and central and southern Bahia. Isolated showers are also expected during the evening along the eastern coast of the Northeast region, between Bahia, Sergipe, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Para\u00edba, and the eastern coast of Rio Grande do Norte. Slightly clearer weather with few clouds is expected in the interior of Alagoas, Pernambuco, and Para\u00edba. In other areas, cloudy skies are expected, but without rain. The minimum temperature among the capitals will be 22\u00b0C in Macei\u00f3 (AL), and the maximum 39\u00b0C in Teresina (PI). In other capital cities, the maximum temperature ranges between 30\u00b0C and 32\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday (4)<\/strong>Sunny weather across much of the Northeast region on election Sunday. Cloudiness in the west, south, and coastal areas of the region. Isolated showers in western Bahia, the western coast of Maranh\u00e3o, and the coast of Bahia, Sergipe, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Para\u00edba, and the eastern coast of Rio Grande do Norte. The yellow warning for potential storm danger remains in effect for southwestern Maranh\u00e3o and Piau\u00ed and western Bahia. Sunday will be sunny with few clouds in central Maranh\u00e3o, much of Piau\u00ed and Cear\u00e1, western Rio Grande do Norte, central and western Para\u00edba and Pernambuco, western Alagoas and Sergipe, and northern Bahia. Along the coastal strip and in the west of the region, between western Maranh\u00e3o and Bahia, the sky will be mostly cloudy with a possibility of isolated showers. In the interior of the region, between eastern Maranh\u00e3o, central Piau\u00ed, southern and southwestern Cear\u00e1, western Para\u00edba and Pernambuco, and central and northern Bahia, sunny weather with few clouds is expected. Macei\u00f3 (AL) and Recife (PE) will register the lowest temperatures among the capitals, at 22\u00b0C. The maximum temperature will be 38\u00b0C in Teresina (PI), 33\u00b0C in S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds (MA), and 31\u00b0C in Fortaleza (CE), Jo\u00e3o Pessoa (PB), Recife (PE), Macei\u00f3 (AL), Aracaju (SE), and Salvador (BA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Central-West Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday (3).<\/strong> Cloudy skies with isolated showers across much of the Central-West region. In northeastern Mato Grosso and northern Goi\u00e1s, rain is accompanied by isolated thunderstorms. There is a yellow warning for potential storm danger in northwestern, northern, central, southern, and eastern Mato Grosso, northern and eastern Mato Grosso do Sul, Goi\u00e1s, and the Federal District. Rain is not expected only in the Dourados region (MS), where the sky will be mostly cloudy. Temperatures will drop significantly compared to what was observed during the week. In Bras\u00edlia (DF), the minimum temperature will reach 18\u00b0C and the maximum should not exceed 25\u00b0C. In Goi\u00e2nia (GO), temperatures will be mild, with a minimum of 21\u00b0C and a maximum of 26\u00b0C. In Campo Grande (MS), the maximum will be 30\u00b0C, and in Cuiab\u00e1 (MT), the maximum will reach 32\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday (4)<\/strong>Unstable and rainy weather is expected on election Sunday in the Central-West region. In northern Mato Grosso, Goi\u00e1s, the Federal District, and much of Mato Grosso do Sul, there will be thunderstorms. More isolated showers are expected only in western and northwestern Mato Grosso do Sul and in southwestern and western Mato Grosso. For southern Mato Grosso do Sul, in the Amambai (MS), Iguatemi (MS), and Navira\u00ed (MS) regions, there is an orange warning for dangerous storms. The remaining areas of the region are under a yellow warning for potentially dangerous storms. In Bras\u00edlia (DF), unstable weather with rain and mild temperatures, between 19\u00b0C and 26\u00b0C. In other capitals, hot and humid weather is expected during the afternoon. Maximum temperatures of 31\u00b0C in Goi\u00e2nia (GO), 33\u00b0C in Campo Grande (MS), and 34\u00b0C in Cuiab\u00e1 (MT).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday (5)<\/strong>Areas of instability are intensifying, bringing rain and thunderstorms throughout the Central-West region. There is a yellow warning for potential storm danger in western, central, southern, and eastern Mato Grosso do Sul. In Bras\u00edlia (DF), it will be another day with mild temperatures, with a minimum of 19 \u00b0C and a maximum of 26 \u00b0C. It will be hot in Campo Grande (MS), with a maximum of 35 \u00b0C, and in Cuiab\u00e1 (MT), where the minimum will be 27 \u00b0C and the maximum 36 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Southeast Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday (3).<\/strong> In the morning, the sky will be mostly clear along the southern coast of S\u00e3o Paulo and mostly cloudy in the west, central, and eastern parts of the state. This stable weather is not expected to last long. During the afternoon and evening, strong areas of instability will affect the region, causing rain across much of the Southeast. Rain and thunderstorms are forecast for central, southern, southeastern, and eastern Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, northeastern and eastern S\u00e3o Paulo, and Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p>Isolated showers are occurring in other areas. For southeastern Minas Gerais, in the Juiz de Fora region (MG), and for western and northwestern Rio de Janeiro, there is a red warning indicating a high risk of heavy rainfall. For the area between northwestern, northern, and eastern S\u00e3o Paulo, for the Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro region, and for central and southern Esp\u00edrito Santo, there is an orange warning indicating a high risk of heavy rainfall. Furthermore, for S\u00e3o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, central and southern Esp\u00edrito Santo, and for most of Minas Gerais, except for the northeastern part of the state, there is a yellow warning indicating a potential risk of thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday will have mild temperatures across much of the region. In S\u00e3o Paulo (SP), it will be cold, with a low of 14\u00b0C and a high of 1\u00b0C. In Rio de Janeiro (RJ), the temperature will also be low, with a low of 19\u00b0C and a high of only 23\u00b0C. In Vit\u00f3ria (ES) and Belo Horizonte (MG), temperatures will be mild, with a high of 25\u00b0C in both capitals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday (4).<\/strong> Election day will be marked by unstable weather and rain across much of the Southeast region. Thunderstorms are expected in the Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro, northwest Minas Gerais, northwest, west, central, and south of S\u00e3o Paulo. In other areas of the region, cloudy skies with showers are expected. A yellow warning for potential storms is in effect for the Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro, northwest, west, central, south, and southeast of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and S\u00e3o Paulo. Rain is not expected only in northern Minas Gerais. In S\u00e3o Paulo (SP), Brazil&#039;s largest electoral district, election Sunday will dawn at 15\u00b0C, but will warm up and become muggy with rain throughout the day. The maximum temperature will reach 27\u00b0C in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo. Rio de Janeiro (RJ) will register the highest temperature among the capitals, with a maximum of 30\u00b0C and muggy weather.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_5_conteudo_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Monday (5)<\/strong>The week begins with instability over the west and south of the Southeast region. This will bring rain with thunderstorms to the Tri\u00e2ngulo Mineiro, west, central, south and southeast of Minas Gerais, central, south and west of Rio de Janeiro, and throughout the state of S\u00e3o Paulo. For west, central and southeast S\u00e3o Paulo, there is a yellow warning for potential storm danger. Cloudy skies with isolated showers are expected in the Belo Horizonte (MG) region. Cloudy skies are expected in other areas with a possibility of isolated rain in Esp\u00edrito Santo. Rain is not expected only in northeastern Minas Gerais. The weather will be muggy in the capital cities, with a minimum of 17\u00b0C in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP) and a maximum of 30\u00b0C in Vit\u00f3ria (ES) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ). In Belo Horizonte (MG), the temperature will be slightly milder, with a minimum of 18\u00b0C and a maximum of 26\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Region <\/strong><strong>South <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday (3)<\/strong>The election weekend begins with sunny weather and few clouds across much of the Southern region. Cloud cover will increase by morning, and by afternoon, the sky will be mostly cloudy across the region, with isolated showers. In the evening, instability will intensify, and thunderstorms are possible from western and southwestern Paran\u00e1, central and western Santa Catarina, and throughout Rio Grande do Sul. These areas are under an orange warning for dangerous storms. Temperatures will be low in Curitiba (PR), with a minimum of 10\u00b0C and a maximum of 19\u00b0C. In Florian\u00f3polis (SC), temperatures will be mild, with a minimum of 14\u00b0C and a maximum of 21\u00b0C. In Porto Alegre (RS), the day will begin at 10\u00b0C, but the temperature will rise to 26\u00b0C before the rain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday (4).<\/strong> Risk of storms on election Sunday in southern Brazil. Rainy day with thunderstorms in Paran\u00e1, Santa Catarina, and northwestern and eastern Rio Grande do Sul. For western Paran\u00e1, in the regions of Cascavel (PR), Toledo (PR), Marechal C\u00e2ndido Rondon (PR), Foz do Igua\u00e7u (PR), and for the southwest of the state, in the regions of Francisco Beltr\u00e3o (PR) and Pato Branco (PR), there is a red warning of high danger for storms. For the remaining areas of Paran\u00e1, except the coastal strip, and for western Santa Catarina, there is an orange warning of danger for storms. The occurrence of severe weather events cannot be ruled out. There is also a yellow warning of potential danger for storms in the remaining areas of Santa Catarina and in the northwest, north, and northeast of Rio Grande do Sul, including Porto Alegre (RS).<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, election Sunday will be sunny with many clouds, but without rain, in the west and southwest of Rio Grande do Sul, encompassing a large part of the Campanha Ga\u00facha region. The rains will keep temperatures low in the southern region. The minimum temperature will be 14 \u00b0C in Curitiba (PR), where the maximum should not exceed 19 \u00b0C. In Porto Alegre (RS), Sunday will have low temperatures, with a minimum of 15 \u00b0C and a maximum of 20 \u00b0C. In Florian\u00f3polis (SC), the temperature will be slightly milder, but should not exceed 22 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday (5).<\/strong> The unstable weather continues in the Southern region.
