However, the pace is 2.10 pp below that recorded in the same period of the 25\/26 crop season.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_3_sidebar_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">The delay is occurring in all regions of Mato Grosso and is related to the increased caution of producers given the weather conditions predicted for the start of the harvest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">According to data released by Imea, producers have been avoiding &quot;sowing in dry soil&quot; due to forecasts of unstable weather and the possibility of periods without rain, known as &quot;veranicos&quot; (dry spells). This scenario is associated with the El Ni\u00f1o phenomenon, which increases concerns about irregular rainfall during the sowing season.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Among the state&#039;s regions, the West showed the greatest increase in the last week. Sowing reached 7,56% of the planned area, favored by the higher rainfall volumes recorded in the region. Even with the regional progress, the statewide pace remains below that observed in the previous harvest.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_5_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Compared to the 23\/24 crop season, which was also marked by the occurrence of El Ni\u00f1o, the state&#039;s planting is only 0.32 percentage points behind. The result indicates that the current progress is close to the pace recorded in that cycle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">For next week, the forecast of low rainfall volumes should limit the progress of soybean planting in Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">According to data released by Imea, a more consistent resumption of work is expected for the following week, provided that the return of rainfall is confirmed.
