The market of corn<\/a> In the South and Mato Grosso do Sul, negotiations are taking place sporadically, with buyers focused on restocking and producers being more selective in their offerings, while planting for the 2026\/27 crop is progressing at different paces. According to TF Agroecon\u00f4mica, the scenario combines price adjustments, cautious demand, and the evolution of planting according to weather conditions.\n<\/p>\n

In Rio Grande do Sul, prices range between R$ 60 and R$ 68 per sack, while the state average from Emater fell 0.71%, to R$ 61.54. Sowing reached 72% of the planned area, above the historical average of 65%. Rains slowed the pace at the beginning of the week, but dry weather allowed operations to resume. Corn for silage reaches approximately 45% of the estimated area in the state.<\/p>\n

In Santa Catarina, prices are close to R$ 60 per sack, with demand around R$ 55. Planting has progressed to 83%, compared to 25.6% the previous week, exceeding the 64% of 2025 and the historical average of 59.8%. Crops are in good condition in the most advanced areas.\n<\/p>\n

In Paran\u00e1, the market remains cautious, with purchase indications close to R$ 60 per sack and demand around R$ 55 CIF. Prices have fallen in the main regions, while planting has reached 56% of the area. The harvest of the second crop 2025\/26 has reached 98%.<\/p>\n

In Mato Grosso do Sul, transactions are occurring between R$ 54 and R$ 55.50 per sack. After a series of increases, prices have shown stability and declines, with a weekly drop of 3.37% in Maracaju. The second crop harvest has been completed, and state production was estimated at 16.253 million tons, an increase of 16.7%.\n<\/p>\n
