According to data from CEPEA\/IRGA-RS, the upward movement gained strength over the last few days and also extended the gains accumulated in September.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_3_sidebar_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p>The Paddy Rice Indicator (58%) for whole grains closed this Friday, September 18th, at R$ 81.92 per sack. The price advanced 0.31% on the day and accumulated a gain of 4.53% for the month. In commercial dollars, the value reached US$ 15.92.<\/p>\n<p>Compared to the beginning of the week, the indicator went from R$ 79.78 on Monday the 14th to the current R$ 81.92. The advance in the period was approximately 2.7%. After a slight drop of 0.01% at the beginning of the week, four consecutive increases were recorded.<\/p>\n<p>The movement was also positive for rice with yields between 59% and 62% of whole grains. The average closed Friday at R$ 82.94 per sack, with a daily increase of 0.52% and an accumulated advance of 4.30% in September. In dollars, the reference ended at US$ 16.12.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_5_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p>In this segment, the price rose from R$ 80.98 on Monday to R$ 82.94 at the weekly close, an increase of approximately 2.4%. Unlike the 58% indicator, the average showed appreciation in all surveys during the week.<\/p>\n<p>According to Sergio Cardoso, an analyst in the rice supply chain, the data confirms a shift in the market&#039;s rhythm, which is ending its most stable period.
