November is trading near US$ 13.14 per bushel, or about US$ 483 per ton, while May 2027 is above US$ 13.40 per bushel, close to US$ 493 per ton. Support comes from Chinese purchases of US soybeans, hot and dry weather in areas of the Midwest, and expectations for the USDA&#039;s monthly report this Friday. The agency reported private sales of 340,000 tons to China and 100,000 tons to unidentified destinations.<\/p>\n<p>Corn prices rebounded after five consecutive sessions of decline, with the market anticipating a possible reduction in the USDA&#039;s US production forecast. Also favoring prices were rising oil prices, a weaker outlook for the European Union&#039;s harvest, and restrictions on Ukrainian exports via the Black Sea. Expana raised its forecast for soft wheat exports from the European Union in 2026 to 29.50 million tons, given expectations of lower sales from Russia and Ukraine. In Argentina, BCR increased its projection for the 2026\/2027 harvest to 21 million tons.
