According to researchers at Cepea, the more intense increases in corn and soybean meal prices between July and August reduced the producer&#039;s purchasing power in relation to these inputs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">In relation to corn, considering the ESALQ\/BM&amp;FBovespa Indicator, a box of white eggs allowed a poultry farmer in S\u00e3o Paulo to purchase 128.49 kilograms of the cereal in August. Conversely, the sale of a box of red eggs made it possible to buy 128.86 kilograms of corn during the same period.\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_4_conteudo_mobile\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"mb-4\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"agk_14000_pos_5_conteudo_desktop\" style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"d-none d-lg-block mb-md-4\">\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">According to data released by Cepea, both volumes were 1.3% below those recorded in July. The result represents the second consecutive decline in the purchasing power of S\u00e3o Paulo&#039;s poultry farmers relative to corn.
