The market of corn<\/a> The market maintains a scenario of price adjustments, with supply pressure stemming from the progress of the harvest, while exports and producers' reduced willingness to sell are supporting some prices. According to TF Agroecon\u00f4mica, contracts traded on the B3 exchange showed mixed behavior on Tuesday, with declines in the earliest maturities and gains in longer-term positions.\n<\/p>\n

On the B3 exchange, September 2026 closed at R$ 71.70, down R$ 0.09 on the day, while November ended at R$ 77.90, also down R$ 0.09. January 2027 closed at R$ 81.14, down R$ 0.11. For longer maturities, the possibility of higher demand for Brazilian and Argentinian corn helps to support prices.<\/p>\n

In the physical market, negotiations remain sporadic. In Rio Grande do Sul, prices range between R$ 58 and R$ 65 per sack, with a state average of R$ 59.32. Domestic demand remains selective, while the increase in shipments raises the importance of exports.\n<\/p>\n

In Santa Catarina, prices close to R$ 60 contrast with buyers around R$ 55, limiting business. In Paran\u00e1, indications are also close to R$ 60, against demand for R$ 55 CIF. The average price received by the producer reached R$ 56.79 per sack, an increase of 7.8% compared to July and 11% compared to August 2025. The harvest of the second crop reached 73% of the area.<\/p>\n

In Mato Grosso do Sul, prices range from R$ 50 to R$ 55 per sack, supported by demand from the bioenergy industry. The harvest reached 80% of the area, although it was interrupted in the western region due to a lack of storage space.<\/p>\n
