Despite the weekly advance, both products accumulated a decrease in the monthly comparison. According to data released by Imea, cottonseed fell by 6.70%, while oil fell by 1.66%.<\/p>\n

The monthly downward trend reflects the progress of the harvest and processing of the new cotton crop. The arrival of new volumes increases the availability of co-products at a time of weakened demand.<\/p>\n
