The market of soy<\/a> Prices rose in different regions of the country this Thursday, August 20th, although the pace of business remained cautious in some markets. According to a survey by TF Agroecon\u00f4mica, Rio Grande do Sul completed its third consecutive day of price increases, with slow and sporadic transactions and significant differences between references from cooperatives, the commercial market, and the port.\n<\/p>\n

In the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, Iju\u00ed reached R$144.00 per sack, Cruz Alta and Santa Rosa R$147.00, and Passo Fundo R$145.00, while the port of Rio Grande marked R$153.00. The analysis indicates that producers remain attentive to climate risk, tight margins, and volatility, which helps explain the low willingness to engage in more aggressive sales.<\/p>\n

In Santa Catarina, Palma Sola advanced 1.51%, to R$ 134.50, while Rio do Sul remained at R$ 133.00 and S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul at R$ 153.00. In Paran\u00e1, the price increase was more widespread. Cascavel reached R$ 144.00, Maring\u00e1 R$ 146.00, Ponta Grossa R$ 148.23, Pato Branco R$ 145.19 and Paranagu\u00e1 R$ 154.63. The producers' reluctance to increase sales also appears to be linked to climate concerns and the expectation of better prices.\n<\/p>\n

In Mato Grosso do Sul, the market remained mostly stable, with Dourados and Maracaju at R$ 142.50 and Campo Grande, Chapad\u00e3o do Sul, and Sidrol\u00e2ndia at R$ 141.00. In Mato Grosso, however, the monitored markets maintained gains for the third consecutive day, with prices ranging from R$ 136.50 in Sorriso to R$ 141.50 in Rondon\u00f3polis. The difference of more than R$ 15.00 per sack between regions reinforces the weight of logistics, freight, and margin in price formation.<\/p>\n
