Al\u00e9m de melhorar a qualidade da carne, com maior maciez, padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o e acabamento, o modelo tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 apontado pelo setor como uma alternativa para aumentar a efici\u00eancia da atividade e reduzir a emiss\u00e3o de gases de efeito estufa. \u201cAnimais mais jovens permanecem menos tempo no sistema produtivo, o que reduz a emiss\u00e3o de metano por cabe\u00e7a e aumenta a efici\u00eancia da pecu\u00e1ria. No cen\u00e1rio nacional, os chineses responderam por 51,55% dos embarques brasileiros no per\u00edodo. \u201cMato Grosso vem consolidando sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o como principal exportador de carne bovina do pa\u00eds.
