The State Agency for Animal and Plant Health Defense (Iagro) has opened a public consultation on the control and monitoring of Salmonella in commercial poultry processing plants in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. The objective of public consultation No. 001\/2026 is to receive suggestions, comments, and contributions on the control and monitoring of Salmonella in commercial poultry processing plants in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, with a view to drafting regulations on the matter.<\/p>\n
