The president of the Mato Grosso Agriculture and Livestock Federation (Famato), Vilmondes Tomain, along with the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Carlos F\u00e1varo, and the president of ApexBrasil, Jorge Viana, signed a cooperation agreement that formalizes the installation of a regional ApexBrasil office in the Famato Building, in Cuiab\u00e1.<\/p>\n
The initiative, proposed by Famato, consolidates Mato Grosso as a leading player in the global agribusiness landscape. With the arrival of ApexBrasil, the state now has a structure dedicated to preparing and connecting production chains directly to the international market, guaranteeing access to certifications, strategic guidance, and attracting new investors.<\/p>\n
As the largest national producer of soybeans, corn, cotton, and beef, Mato Grosso boasts figures that place it among the leading powers in the sector worldwide. Now, with the physical presence of ApexBrasil in Cuiab\u00e1, rural producers will have easier access to services that previously depended on coordination in Bras\u00edlia or other centers in the country, representing greater agility and competitiveness.<\/p>\n
According to the president of Famato, Vilmondes Tomain, the measure positions rural producers as protagonists in the internationalization process. \u201cOur commitment is to open markets and take the name of Mato Grosso to the world. This office will give rural producers the conditions to compete on an equal footing, with technical support, access to certifications, and opportunities that consolidate our position as a global reference in food. It is Mato Grosso's agribusiness, hand in hand with Brazil, showing its strength and sustainability to the planet,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
The Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Carlos F\u00e1varo, who is also from Mato Grosso, highlighted the importance of the moment for the state and the country. \u201cHaving an ApexBrasil office in Cuiab\u00e1 means bringing Mato Grosso's agribusiness even closer to global opportunities. Mato Grosso is the largest agricultural powerhouse in Brazil, and this structure will allow producers direct access to internationalization programs, certifications, and strategic partnerships. It's a step that strengthens producers and projects Brazil onto the world stage,\u201d said F\u00e1varo.<\/p>\n
The president of ApexBrasil, Jorge Viana, reinforced the Agency's role and the relevance of the new regional office. \u201cApexBrasil's mission is to open doors, build bridges, and support companies and producers who want to conquer international markets. Being in Cuiab\u00e1, the heart of Brazilian agribusiness, is strategic. Mato Grosso produces on a large scale and with quality, and deserves to have this support close by. This office will allow producers to have greater access to training programs, international fairs, and investors, expanding the reach of Mato Grosso's production in the world,\u201d stated Viana.<\/p>\n
The event also included the participation of the superintendent of the Famato System, Cleiton Gauer. Representing ApexBrasil were the business director, Ana Repezza; the coordinator of Institutional and Governmental Relations, Lucas Brand\u00e3o; the manager of Institutional and Governmental Relations, Carla Duarte; the executive manager of the presidency, Raphael Cittadino; the agribusiness coordinator, Luciana Pecegueiro; and the regional coordinator, Fellipe Paulino. From the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, the chief of staff, Wilson Taques, and the deputy secretary of Commerce and Institutional Relations, Marcel Moreira, participated.<\/p>\n
