The cooperative's new future plan includes in its Strategic Map: Growth Opportunities, Strategic Partnerships, Optimization of Support for Cooperative Members, Organizational Efficiency and Value Addition and Product Diversification.<\/p>\n

Mario Dykstra, superintendent of the Fr\u00edsia Cooperative, explains that the new Strategic Plan outlines the best path for cooperative members, considering current and future investments. "Over a five-year period, we must invest and expand. We completed a phase in 2025 and are already planning for 2030. We strive to stay constantly updated for our members, who are continually growing and employing new technologies. Therefore, Fr\u00edsia is constantly making new investments and improvements, modernizing to keep pace with producers," he states.<\/p>\n
Among the new developments over these five years are: investments to increase grain areas in Paran\u00e1 and Tocantins, including new investments aimed at increasing storage capacity in the regions; significant growth in the volume of milk collected; and an increase in the number of pigs delivered to the industry.<\/p>\n
Fr\u00edsia's Strategy and Innovation Analyst, Fabio Solano, explains that the new plan listened directly to cooperative members, outlining a series of goals, investments, projects, and programs, "all designed with the cooperative member in mind." "Fr\u00edsia has a very robust investment portfolio, which encompasses a set of positive factors, such as increased job creation and local community development. The plan is based on increased competitiveness and the creation of new businesses," Solano emphasizes. "Our organizational identity remains, with our mission to provide excellent products and services to generate sustainable results for cooperative members, employees, and partners, and our vision, which is to continue to be a benchmark in cooperatives with excellence and sustainability," concludes Dykstra.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
