Prepared by the Technical and Conciliation Chamber of the Goi\u00e1s Dairy Chain, the bulletin monitors price variations of the main dairy products in the state wholesale market.<\/p>\n<p>According to the survey, the sector saw distinct fluctuations among products in August. Whole UHT milk was the only item in the basket to appreciate, rising 0.68%. Among the products that declined, bulk cream stood out, registering the largest decline in the period, at 16.62%. Also declining were mozzarella cheese (-3.59%), whole milk powder (-3.38%), and condensed milk (-0.80%).
