According to the Research Center, the pressure came mainly from the lack of consumers, who are expecting greater devaluations as the second harvest progresses.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, exports are lower compared to last year and still far from what was estimated by Conab.<\/p>\n
Despite the delay compared to the previous year in the national average, some areas in the states of Mato Grosso and Goi\u00e1s have shown a good harvest pace and high productivity, punctually increasing the supply available for business, as researchers explain.<\/p>\n
Regarding exports, data from Secex analyzed by Cepea show that, from February until the fourth week of July, the volume shipped was limited to 4.3 million tons, compared to the 7 million shipped in the same period of 2024 and still far from the 34 million projected by Conab until January\/26.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
