The Brotas Regional Apta, linked to the S\u00e3o Paulo Department of Agriculture and Supply, held the Soybean Tour Meeting, an event that promoted technological updates and nutritional solutions to enhance the results of soybean cultivation. The institution provided a space to bring together suppliers of essential products and technologies for soybean cultivation, offering participants access to regional research results and cutting-edge information.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Participants visited demonstration fields with promising cultivars for the edaphoclimatic conditions of the Brotas region. During the Tour, coordinated by researcher Carla Cachoni Pizzolante, from Apta Regional de Brotas and researcher Sergio Don\u00e1, from Apta Regional de Assis, the results of the evaluations of soybean cultivars for the 2023\/24 harvest were presented.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"\"The event featured presentations by companies that supply soybean cultivars, fertilizers, fungicides, insecticides, inoculants and other technologies that have been incorporated annually into the production process. \u201cThe highlight of the field day was the interaction with technicians responsible for the products and technologies, allowing producers to exchange experiences and insights with experts and participants,\u201d Carla highlighted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Testimonials from participants reinforced the positive impact of the event. For farmer Rog\u00e9rio Munhoz Figueiredo, the event provided valuable information on new technologies and genetic materials, expanding possibilities to boost agriculture in the municipality of Brotas. \u201cThe Soybean Tour was an exceptional opportunity to level knowledge and open paths to new opportunities in agribusiness,\u201d emphasized veterinarian Fausto Batista Villa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Farmer Daniel Escalabrim praised the lectures and identified genetic materials that will meet the region\u2019s climate requirements. \u201cThis will ensure greater resistance of cultivars in future harvests,\u201d he highlighted. \u201cThe event reaffirmed Apta Regional\u2019s commitment to disseminating knowledge and introducing technologies that promote the development of local agribusiness,\u201d added Sergio Don\u00e1.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The next edition of the event is scheduled for the first half of 2026, at the end of the harvest, when new cultivars adapted to the region's climate and soil will be tested.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
