Soybeans face difficulties in the field and in negotiations.

Excess moisture continues to hinder planting. soy In different regions of Brazil, the physical market is experiencing limited trading, and producers are evaluating marketing conditions. According to TF Agroeconômica, rainfall, logistics costs, and the distance between buyer and seller offers are influencing activities in the main producing regions.

In Rio Grande do Sul, humidity is restricting machinery access to the fields. In the Santa Rosa region, only 6% of the planned area has been sown, according to Emater/RS-Ascar. The situation also requires attention in Uruguaiana, where the flooding of the Uruguay River threatens flooded areas and rural access roads. In Passo Fundo, soybeans were quoted at R$ 146.50 per sack.

In Santa Catarina, the reference price for Abelardo Luz was R$ 149.00 per sack. In addition to the difficulties in coordinating planting and loading, the forecast of strong winds on the coast requires attention to the transport of cargo destined for the region.

In Paraná, planting reached 39% of the projected area, the same percentage recorded in the corresponding period of the previous harvest. Rain is hindering the continuation of work, but the schedule remains on track. Paranaguá presented a price of R$ 155.00 per sack, while Cascavel registered R$ 144.00 and Ponta Grossa, R$ 148.00.

In Mato Grosso do Sul, Campo Grande and Chapadão do Sul recorded R$ of 137.00 per sack. The expectation of stabilizing weather may favor the resumption of operations, depending on soil conditions.

In Mato Grosso, planting advanced to 51,861 TP4T of the area, a weekly growth of 18.58 percentage points, according to Imea. The Mid-North region leads with 69,321 TP4T, followed by the West, with 61,581 TP4T. In the physical market, prices ranged from R$ 135.70 in Sorriso to R$ 142.30 in Rondonópolis.

Despite the progress of planting in some regions, excess moisture and the need to balance costs, deadlines, and prices continue to influence producers' decisions.
