PT_BR The National Rural Learning Service of Mato Grosso (Senar MT), in partnership with rural unions, will hold training courses in March aimed at strengthening the agricultural sector. In total, 1,514 Rural Professional Training (FPR) and Social Promotion (PS) courses are planned, distributed across 133 municipalities in Mato Grosso, with the participation of 95 rural unions.
The courses cater to workers, rural producers, and their families, focusing on increasing productivity, workplace safety, and the adoption of sustainable practices. The training programs cover different productive sectors of agribusiness and are planned according to local needs, with the goal of providing technical and social development in rural areas.
Among the highlights are the courses Impactful Communication, Public Speaking, Media Training, and Personal Marketing and Interpersonal Relationships, which appear among the ten most requested for the period. According to the regional coordinator of Senar MT, Victor Fazinga, the development of these skills has a direct impact on the organization and productivity of activities in the field.
“Today, in rural areas marked by embedded technology, teamwork, and constant interaction, effective communication has ceased to be a differentiator and has become essential. It aligns expectations, prevents conflicts, strengthens partnerships, and makes work more productive and safe. Investing in interpersonal skills strengthens relationships in the field and boosts the development of the agricultural sector,” he states.
Through the Mato Grosso Agriculture and Livestock Federation System (Sistema Famato), Senar MT works in an integrated manner with rural unions, offering free training courses aimed at rural workers and producers.
